Boys & Girls Cross Country
Loveland Middle/High School XC coaches will be teaching the fundamental skills in distance running. Running form, hill running, interval running, nutrition, proper footwear, stretching techniques, and core strengthening are aspects of distance running that will be emphasized during camp. All athletes will have the opportunity to engage in competitive drills and a 2 mile run at the end of camp. Water and a snack will be provided. MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE!
Time: 9:00am - 11:30am
Must be registered by June 14th to receive a t-shirt!
Location: Loveland High School Stadium Track
What to bring: Please wear appropriate attire for the sport camp you are attending. Remember to bring something to drink as it’s important to stay hydrated during warm temperatures.
All stations and drills will be run by current Loveland XC Coaches or Athletes.
